We are new annual passholders, have only been once since getting our passes. We are coming for the weekend and want to stay at a Disney resort. Do you still have to pay the parking fees at the resorts if you're a passholder (platinum)?

Hi April! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Congrats on becoming a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder! I know how exciting it is to get your first Annual Pass. Not only is it nice to be able to visit the theme parks more often, but the benefits like PhotoPass downloads, merchandise and dining discounts, and special Passholder events make it an outstanding value!

While you do get complimentary parking at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks as Platinum Annual Passholders, you do not receive complimentary parking at Disney Resort hotels. You will find that standard overnight parking fees will apply during your stay. The good news is that there are often discounts offered to Annual Passholders for Disney Resort hotel stays, so the money you save there can help with the parking costs! There are many benefits to staying at a Disney Resort hotel, so make sure you check those out before your stay.

I hope this helps as you plan your visit this weekend, April! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
