Welcome to planDisney, Jessamy! I'm so excited to hear that you've joined the
Annual Passholder family. You've got a whole year of magic ahead of you, and kicking it all off with a stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel during the
holiday season is the perfect way to end the year and celebrate your new Annual Pass. It sounds like you've got big plans for the weekend, so let's chat about them and make sure that you have everything in place to make your day a success!
Jessamy, if you have a
Disney Park Pass reservation for
Magic Kingdom Park and you're planning on hopping to
EPCOT later in the day to eat at
San Angel Inn Restaurante, you do not need to change your reservation in order to book dining at the restaurant. Since you want to dine after 2:00 PM, the time when Park Hopping starts, you can make a dining reservation at any other Theme Park without changing your Disney Park Pass reservation.
If you're not seeing open spots for San Angel Inn Restaurante for this Saturday, it may be because the restaurant is fully booked. It's a pretty popular place to dine because of the lovely atmosphere of the Mexico Pavilion and the view of the
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros, so reservations do book up quickly. I recommend that you keep checking the
My Disney Experience app in the days leading up to your visit to see if a table becomes available, or you can also check to see if they have any walk-up availability when you're ready to eat. In the meantime, make a reservation for another restaurant in case you aren't able to get into San Angel Restaurante this weekend. If you're craving Mexican food,
La Hacienda de San Angel is another great option!
I hope this answers your question, Jessamy, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
Jessica
