Hallo, Nathalia! I'm delighted you have asked us a question from The Netherlands - welcome to planDisney from me, in the U.K. Very soon, you'll be basking in the Florida sunshine at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
At this time,
Walt Disney World accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Maestro. However, please remember that if you're using a foreign (non-American) credit or debit card, your bank may charge you a fee for every transaction, which can really add up. The good news is there are fee-free cards available that you can link to your My Disney Experience and
use throughout the parks. Adding a payment card is simple. Please sign in to your
My Disney Experience. After clicking on 'profile,' scroll down and select 'payment method.' Click on the '+' icon, and after following the next prompted steps, you should be good to go!
Another alternative you may like, if avoiding repeated international fees is the goal, would be to make a single purchase of a
Disney Gift Card - you can link this in My Disney Experience too. Once your payment card is added, you'll be able to take advantage of Mobile Food and Beverage ordering in the parks! Doing so is one of my top time-saving tips at Walt Disney World.
Nathalia, I hope you make many magical memories at Walt Disney World, and I would love to help if you need anything further ahead of your trip. Louise
