Hi! I want to take my nephews next year (2022) for 4 days to disneyland/california adventure. can you tell me the day they change from Halloween to Christmas?

Hello, Raven! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question!

I'm so excited to know that you are planning a vacation to the Disneyland Resort next year! I have travelled to the parks many times in the fall so I can confidently tell you that the parks start to transition from Halloween Time to The Holidays as soon as the parks close on Halloween night. While it usually takes about two weeks for the transformation to be complete and for new seasonal entertainment to begin, you will start noticing festive decor as soon as November 1. I once visited the Disneyland Resort on November 4th and they already had the huge Christmas tree up in Town Square in Disneyland Park.

Have you looked into booking a vacation package for your visit next year? Vacation packages combine your Disneyland Resort Hotel or Good Neighbor Hotel reservation and theme park tickets into one transaction. If you book a package more than 30 days away from your arrival date, you only need to pay a down payment at the time of booking. Then you can make payments in any amount and at any time as long as your package is paid in-full 30 days before you arrive.

I hope you and your nephews have an absolutely wonderful time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
