Hiya, Angela, and thanks for stopping by
planDisney!
It sounds like you’re preparing for an upcoming visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth, and I couldn’t be more excited for you! It’s always a good idea to plan ahead, especially when it comes to understanding the latest requirements for park entry. To help you prepare for your visit, I recommend
checking out this helpful page with all the latest information you’ll need to know about visiting the Disneyland Resort.
Currently, Guests of all ages aren’t required to show a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination to enter the
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park. However, the State of California strongly recommends that all Guests are fully vaccinated or that they receive a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the Disneyland Resort. In addition, face coverings are required for unvaccinated Guests ages 2 and up while indoors, including throughout indoor attractions. Face coverings are also required for all Guests inside enclosed transportation vehicles, regardless of vaccination status. Lastly, face coverings are optional for all Guests in outdoor common areas. Of course, these details are subject to change at any time, so I recommend
checking this page again right before your visit.
Angela,
have you heard the exciting news about the return of some of our favorite nighttime spectaculars? I’m thrilled to announce that on April 22, 2022, the “Main Street Electrical Parade” and “Disneyland Forever” fireworks spectacular will return to Disneyland Park, and “World of Color” will return to Disney California Adventure Park. In addition, “Fantasmic!” will return to Disneyland Park on May 28, 2022. Plus, when the “Main Street Electrical Parade” returns, it will feature an all-new, enchanted grand finale that celebrates the theme of togetherness. I can’t wait to see this special parade light up the night!
I hope this information helps you prepare for your upcoming visit, Angela! See ya’ real soon!
