Hey, Camille. Welcome to planDisney.
How exciting that you've purchased a ticket for The Most Magical Place on Earth! There's so much happening right now for the
50th Anniversary Celebration. There's a whole new world to see and experience, with new attractions, spectacular shows, memorable merchandise, dazzling décor, tasty treats, and delicious drinks. You're coming at just the right time. I'm certain that you'll have the BEST. DAY. EVER!
I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your ticket. I'm not sure I quite understand the exact issue you're having. However, let me give it my best shot and if I'm off base please feel free to contact us again at planDisney.
It seems like you've already purchased your ticket, but you're having difficulty locating it. When Guests purchase Theme Park tickets
through the Walt Disney World website, they are often linked automatically to the account through which they were purchased. To check if your ticket is linked, log in to your
My Disney Experience account and try to make your
Theme Park reservation. If it allows you to do so, your ticket has already been linked! In the words of Cogsworth, “If it’s not Baroque, don’t fix it.”
However, if your ticket is not automatically linked, you'll have to link it manually. If you purchased your Theme Park tickets from the Walt Disney World website, then you should have received a confirmation email from Walt Disney World Reservations. In this email, you should find a barcode with a 12-digit ID number. If you purchased your tickets from a third-party company, then they should have sent you an e-ticket with a barcode and a 12-digit ID number.
If you're still having trouble, Camille, then I'd suggest calling the "
Existing Tickets" team. A friendly Cast Member will be able to use all their expertise to figure out what's wrong.
I hope that's helpful, Camille. TTFN, ta-ta for now.
Mike
