Needing opinions and details on the wine program? How does it work and is it worth it? Also, is there a way to have beer delivered to the hotel for our room along with our groceries? I'm not a complete lush, just want the option at the end of bay days.

    Hi Karen!

So far, Disney has not announced that there will be a w Wine and Dine Plan in 2012.  You can review all of the various Disney Dining plans available by going to this link.

All of the theme parks sell alcohol except for the Magic Kingdom.  There are bars attached to some of the restaurants in the other theme parks (such as the Tune In Lounge in Disney's Hollywood Studios) and there are numerous places outside of the parks.  A favorite bar of mine is Victoria Falls at Disney's Animal Kingdom, followed closely by the bar in the California Grill atop the Contemporary Resort.

Also, most of the resorts have a pool bar where you can pick up a drink after a long day in a theme park!  Most even offer some kind of snack as well.

To have something in your room, you can buy beer and alcohol right at your resort.  All of the Disney hotels have a place that sells alcohol in bottles.  You can also go to the Goodings Grocery Store in the Crossroads Shopping Center, directly across the street from Downtown Disney.  You can easily take a taxi to and from Goodings and they have a pretty good selection of alcohol.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
