Welcome Aboard, Tammy!
Thanks for cruising by the Moms Panel with your question.
I'm happy to hear you're planning to take advantage of the awesome
Youth Clubs when you're on your Disney Cruise line vacation. Our daughters have experienced every club, from the nursery to the teen club, and they've loved every minute. I can't say enough great things about them! The highly-skilled Youth Counselors take great care of the young cruisers, making sure they're happy, entertained, and engaged in fun activities throughout the cruise. The best part about the clubs is they give the adults a chance to explore the ship on their own while knowing the kids are being well taken care of!
I wanted to make sure I had a clear answer for your question, so I checked with the folks at Disney Cruise Line to see what they had to say. The official word from DCL is:
"Although it is recommended for children to stay in the same venue for the entire sailing, a child within the overlapped age ranges may swap from one location to the other without restrictions at any time during their cruise." I hope this helps clear things up! Once onboard, she might find that one club is more to her liking than the other. I encourage you to visit the Youth Clubs on your first afternoon on the ship to check out what kinds of fun activities will be happening in each space.
No matter where she chooses to spend her time, she's sure to have a most magical vacation sailing with Captain Mickey!!
Have a magical day! - Diane W.
