. I am needing to know how can we add our genie + and tickets onto 2 different apps/accounts. I have my own Disneyland app on my phone and my mom has hers. Right now our reservations, tickets, genie + are all on her account/app. How can I add them on mine?

    Hi ya, Angela!

Welcome to planDisney! It looks like you and your mom will be visiting the Disneyland Resort very soon, how exciting! Let's make sure you're ready to hit the parks as soon as you arrive.

I'm glad you and your mom both have the Disneyland Mobile App and your own Disney accounts. That will make adding the tickets to your account easy! The quickest way to link tickets is to use the mobile app when you and your mom are together, so you can use your phone to scan the barcodes in her app. Here's how to access tickets on your phones:

    • Open the Disneyland Mobile App
    • Tap the "≡" icon to open the menu
    • Tap on "Tickets and Passes"

On your mom's phone (the phone that already has the tickets) you should see a barcode for each ticket. On your phone (that doesn't have the tickets yet) once you're in the tickets section you need to tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and use the "Open Camera" button at the bottom of the screen to scan the barcode of each ticket on your mom's app. Then those tickets will be linked to your account, too!

Once your tickets are linked to both accounts you and your mom will be able to include each other when you purchase Disney Genie+ (if it isn't already included on your tickets), join Lightning Lane queues, and use Virtual Queues

If your mom has dining reservations that you want to link to your account then you'll need to use a computer to do that. Go to the Disneyland Resort website and hover your mouse over "My Disneyland" then choose "My Plans" from the menu that appears. The next screen will include a few different icons, including one for "Dining" that you can hover over to see a "Link a Reservation" button. To link a dining reservation you'll need the confirmation number and the last name of the person who holds a reservation. Once it's linked on the website it should appear in the Disneyland Mobile App for you as well.

Angela, I hope this information helps you get ready to have a great day in the parks with your mom! If you're using Disney Genie+ remember that digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass images are included, so take plenty of pictures to remember your visit. Don't forget to stop by Mickey's Toontown to see how fresh and fun the neighborhood is and grab a photo with Mickey himself!

    Keep moving forward!
