Needing some help!! I am torn between Mama Mel Rose and Tony's Town Square. We haven't been to either place yet. Looks like the same type of food at both places. Which one would you recommend and why? Lunch or Dinner ? Thank you.

    Hello fellow Wisconsinite!

I like you initial sleuthing on the menus. And while I don't foresee a fight to the finish, I did think a Tony's vs. Mama's point / counterpoint would be a good time. So here we go!

    Today's match up, featuring...

Tony's (Magic Kingdom) Mama's (Hollywood Studios)
Focus is on the ambiance Focus is more on the food
More run of the mill Italian food More authentic
Perfectly acceptable to spaghetti kiss Kinda awkward to do the spaghetti kiss
    No alcohol Alcohol
One of the better options in the park One of several good options in the park
Harder to get an ADR Easier to get an ADR
At the very front of the park Deeply embedded within the park
Has a movie tie-in Has a Fantasmic perk
Service was speedier Service was more relaxed
My kids sat through most of the meal My kids didn't last the full meal

I hope you enjoyed this. I sure did!
