We are needing help to plan a Disney world resort vacation. Would you be able to help?

Hey Howdy Hey Geana and welcome to planDisney!

A trip to the Walt Disney World Resort can be full of planning excitement and at times a bit overwhelming, especially for first-timers! Not to worry Geana, you found your team here at planDisney to give you the scoop on planning details and we will help make this process a little easier. I will be happy to give you more information and some recommendations on where to start. Now, let's get this wagon train a-movin' and get you some help!

Here at planDisney, we are a group of Walt Disney World Resort enthusiasts who love visiting the parks and resorts. We are equipped to answer any questions you may have about planning your upcoming trip or anything along the way. Unfortunately, we cannot plan your trip specifically. I can give you a few places you might want to check into and where to start and that should make this process a little easier and more enjoyable.

If you are a DIY'er, Disney does have part of their site dedicated to you! You can feel free to get started here to look through your options when it comes to setting up your vacation package which would include your hotel accommodations at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel as well as Theme Park Tickets. You can check out all the resorts and select one that makes sense for you, your party and financially. You would then select your Theme Park Tickets and decide how many days you wanted to visit the parks. The best part about this process is the flexibility. To hold your reservation, the current policy involves a down payment of $200.00. The final payment is due 30 days before your date of arrival. At any point during that time you are free to make changes to your package without penalty.

Now, with more than 25 Disney Resorts Collection hotels to choose from, 2 Theme Parks, 2 Water Parks and so much more, this can be overwhelming for some. A great place to start would be to pair up with a travel agent that specializes in trips to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you do an internet search for "Authorized Disney Vacation Planners", this will give you a list of agencies that specialize in planning these vacations. The best part of all is that you get to have a personalized agent working with you for free! All of the expert planning and advice will be available to you at no extra charge and will allow you to let them do the heavy lifting while you enjoy the planning process. Make sure when you are looking for agencies, Disney does give each agency a special distinction of the "Earmarked" status. This award is given by Disney to those agencies that go above and beyond for the quality and expertise of Disney trips they plan. This is usually a great place to start for beginners because the travel experts will know what to ask, know all about the timing and give you options that specifically pertain to your party.

I hope this information helps you figure out your next steps. If you have any further questions Geana, just know you have a friend in us here at planDisney to help you along the way!

    To Infinity and Beyond,
