I will be needing a DAS for the first time. Will I be able to set this up at the concierge at Animal Kingdom Lodge? Or is there a place in Disney Springs that I can take care of it? Thank you

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Marion ~

As the Mom of a special needs son, I love to see that you are planning ahead. That will make your trip go more smoothly once you reach the parks.

Currently, Disability Access Service (DAS) is only issued at Guest Relations in one of the four theme parks and is not issued at any of the resort Concierge Desks or Disney Springs. I know this would save you time so that you didn't have to stop by Guest Relations once you reach a theme park. Perhaps in the future they will add Guest Relations at Disney Springs or Resort Concierge Desks as locations that issue DAS. For now, you should plan to stop by Guest Relations in the first theme park that you visit.

You will find Guest Relations in the theme parks in the following locations:
    * In City Hall at the Magic Kingdom in Town Square
    * In the Guest Relations lobby (near Spaceship Earth) in Epcot
    * In the Guest Relations lobby (near the turnstiles) at Disney's Hollywood Studios
    * In the Guest Relations lobby (near the Main Entrance) at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park

When you stop by Guest Relations to obtain DAS, make sure you have everyone in your party with you. The Cast Members at Guest Relations will need to link everyone's MagicBand or admission card in your party to yours so that they can enter the attraction with you.

If you have any other questions about DAS, please feel free to visit me again. I am hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
