Needing assistance on booking a character dining reservation for a party of 10 (8 adults, 2 toddlers)

Hi there, Alexis, and welcome to planDisney! I'm thrilled you're here with this awesome question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It sounds like you're looking forward to a magical visit with a large party - how fun!

Alexis, I'm so glad you're considering a Character Dining experience for your vacation. It's one of the most fun ways to get a great meal and meet some of your favorite Disney Characters! There are character dining experiences throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including inside the Disney theme parks and at some of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels. Regardless of where you'd like to dine, there's an easy way to see all available Character Dining opportunities. Head to the dining reservations page of the Walt Disney World Resort website. Enter your party size, date, and time of day. You'll then see a listing of all restaurants with availability that fit your criteria. To narrow this list, click "all filters" and select Character Dining. Then, you'll be able to see the available restaurants that specifically offer Character Dining.

If you don't see the restaurant you'd like, consider splitting your party into smaller groups and making reservations at the same time for each group. There is no guarantee that you'll be able to sit together, but when you check in, you should let the Cast Member know that your preference is to be seated together or nearby if possible. Even if this isn't possible, at least your party will remain on the same dining schedule!

Since you have two toddlers with you, I'd suggest a breakfast with Character Dining like Cape May Cafe or Topolino's Terrace. My little ones always have the best time when we do big experiences like this in the morning, rather than at the end of a long day. Plus, a good meal is the perfect way to get everyone together and energized to start the day!

Alexis, I hope this is helpful to you as you continue to plan your vacation. I have tons of experience traveling with little ones as well as large parties (it's the best!), so please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have!

    Bon appetit!
