Hi Karina,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question. I was so happy to see that
Disneyland Resort will be opening it's gates again after such a long closure, I can only imagine how excited you are to be one of the first guests to be back at the Happiest Place on Earth!
Since you have already linked your tickets, I would go ahead and try to make your
Theme Park Reservations, Karina. Sometimes, guests are not able to see properly linked Theme Park Tickets, however because they have been linked they are still there! To make your Theme Park Reservations, on the official
Disneyland Resort website, hover over the "Park & Tickets" tab and select "Theme Park Reservation Details". On that page scroll down and choose "Make Park Reservations". At that point, you will be directed to the sign in page for your
Disney Account, and then follow the prompts to make your Theme Park Reservations. Once you have finished making your reservations, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a QR code that will need to be presented along with your valid Theme Park Tickets when you enter into a Theme Park. If you are visiting for multiple days, don't forget to make a Theme Park Reservation for each day of your visit.
If you are unable to make your Theme Park Reservations, your best option will be
calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be able to give you live, real time assistance and get to the bottom of the problem.
I hope you have a magical time at Disneyland Resort in a few weeks Karina. Please come back to
planDisney if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
~Stephanie
