Hi, Latasha! Thank you so much for stopping by to see us again here at planDisney!
I'm so sorry you've been having trouble linking your tickets to reschedule your long-awaited Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I'm sure the Cast Members are doing all they can to help as many Guests as possible, but I know it's frustrating when you can't get through.
Looking at your previous question, it sounds like your tickets might have expired because you weren't able to use them. In that case, you would most likely need to
speak to a Cast Member to change the dates on your ticket. But let's give it a shot and see if we can get a little pixie dust to come our way!
If your tickets are already showing up in your
My Disney Experience account, you might be able to change the dates. Hop on over to the
Walt Disney World website and sign in to your account. Then, click on the "My Disney Experience" logo in the menu bar. On the next page, scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," then click on the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab about halfway down the page. That will show you any tickets you have assigned to members of your party. If you see a prompt that says something like "Modify Ticket," click there and see if you can change the date.
On the other hand, if you don't see any tickets listed here, then you can try entering them on the
"Link Your Reservations and Purchases" page. Click on "Tickets," and enter the number on your ticket or email confirmation number in the box. You'll see some examples to help you if you're having trouble finding the number. If that works, your tickets will be linked up and you'll be ready to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations!
Latasha, if neither method does the trick, you'll need to try again to get in touch with a Cast Member. To save yourself some time on hold, fire up the
My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone and try the Chat feature. You can get there by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the bottom of your screen, then on the "Chat With Us" tile. Then just type in your question and go about your day. You'll get a notification when a Cast Member replies, so you don't have to wait on hold. I've used this feature a lot, and I really like having it as an option. It may still take a little time for a response if Cast Members are busy, but it's a lot less frustrating to hop into the chat when you get a notification than to sit on hold.
I really hope this was helpful, Latasha. I know you must be so excited to get your Walt Disney World vacation underway! I'm sending you lots of faith, trust, and pixie dust, and I hope you'll come see us again real soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
