It sounds like you are trying to make Disney Park Pass system reservations. If this is correct, I am not quite sure what the problem is. Here are some possibilities. First, check your My Disney Experience account to be sure that your
theme park tickets are
linked correctly in your account.
Keep in mind that you can only have one park pass reservation per day. So I would first advise you to log into your
My Disney Experience account and check My Plans. Verify which park passes appear. In looking at the
theme park reservation availability calendar, it looks as if park passes are limited for the dates of your visit. Unfortunately, Disney's Hollywood Studios does not currently have park pass availability on June 6 unless you are an Annual Passholder. I do, however, suggest that you keep checking!
If you have theme park tickets with the
Park Hopper® Option, you can only make one park pass reservation per day. Currently, park hopping opens at 2:00 p.m. Pending park availability at that time, you could park hop to another park. To join the virtual queue for
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, you would need to have a park pass reservation for Disney's Hollywood Studios, so I understand your dilemma.
If you believe there is a problem with your existing park pass reservations, I suggest you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support. They can take a look at your My Disney Experience account. I had cancelled a park pass reservation once and was not able to make a new one even though the theme park reservation availability calendar showed availability. A Cast Member was able to make the reservation for me.
