We needed to change the park ticket reservation for my husband John and I on 3/25/21 ....we have at present the Magic Kingdom that day... but would like to switch to Epcot.

    Hey there, Charlotte!

It's so nice to see you here at planDisney, and thank you for bringing us your question!

Let me start by offering a big "Way to go!" shout-out to you for making your theme park reservations for your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. It sounds like you made a theme park reservation for Magic Kingdom Park, and you would like to make a theme park reservation for EPCOT instead. The simple way to make this change is to cancel the theme park reservation you no longer want and look to make a new theme park reservation.

Before you make any changes, I encourage you to check out the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. This will help you see if the theme park you want to visit -- in this case for you, EPCOT -- has reservations available on the day you want to visit.

You can cancel a theme park reservation by going to the reservation in your "My Plans" area of My Disney Experience. You can use either the online version of My Disney Experience or the My Disney Experience mobile app. In the online version of My Disney Experience, look for a "View Details" button next to the theme park reservation. When you click on it, you will see a link that lets you cancel the reservation. In the My Disney Experience mobile app, simply tap on the theme park reservation and you will see a button you can tap to cancel the reservation. You can then make any new reservations you wish using the Disney Park Pass system.

Charlotte, here's wishing you all the wonderful fun when you visit Walt Disney World Resort. Enjoy all the magic!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
