Hi Rebecca and welcome to planDisney! It is always extra special for me to be able to help a fellow UK resident with the planning of a trip to my favourite holiday destination -
Walt Disney World.
I always find that once you reach the point of being able to make your dining reservations, the excitement for your trip seems to really ramp up. As we usually book at least a year in advance, it makes the holiday feel like it's really happening, somehow. Those 60 days will soon pass and you'll be on your way, before you know it!
Rebecca, I have good news - you do not need a VPN in order to make dining reservations from the UK. You are able to make dining reservations
online via the Walt Disney World website at 6:00am EST (11:00am GMT here in the UK), 60 days in advance.
Alternatively, you can make dining reservations by calling the freephone UK number for Dining Reservations listed on
this telephone directory, at 7:00am EST (12noon GMT here in the UK), 60 days in advance.
Top Tip - If you have booked to stay at a Disney Resort hotel, you will be able to make dining reservations for the first 10-nights of your stay, 60 days in advance of your arrival date. I always try to book the most popular restaurants for towards the end of our trip as you've more chance of securing a reservation for say, Day 9 or 10, 60 days in advance of your arrival date.
I will keep my fingers crossed, Rebecca, that you are able to book all of your desired dining reservations.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question today. Please feel free to return with any other questions you might have about your upcoming trip. You can even
ask me a question directly.
Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
Emma
