Welcome to planDisney, Amal! It sounds like you are planning a Disney Cruise Line sailing to the Western Caribbean, which is one of my favorite itineraries!
I conducted an internet search, and it looks like you will need a visa to enter
Cozumel, Mexico, and an eVisa is needed for the Bahamas, which is where
Castaway Cay is located. Any visas that are required must be obtained in order to board the ship on embarkation day, even if a Guest does not plan on disembarking at the port of call. It is each Guest's responsibility to identify and obtain necessary visas before your cruise starts. Specific visa questions can be asked of Disney Cruise Line Embarkation Guest Services. They can be reached by calling 1-800-395-9374 and are open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (ET). On Saturday and Sunday, they are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (ET). Please select option 1.
Amal, will you confirming your
travel documentation needs, consider Disney Cruise Line making your
pre or post-cruise hotel stay. You can also book
ground transportation directly with Disney Cruise Line. Both are convenient for your travel planning.
If you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney. We are happy to help!
Adventure is out there!
