I need to upgrade two of my three tickets to park hopper, only one is park hopper right now

    Hey, howdy, hey, Meisja!

You’ve got a friend in planDisney. Thanks for visiting us as you plan your visit to the Disneyland Resort. As fellow Disney Parks Guests, we are happy to offer information and advice that we hope you find helpful as you prepare to travel to The Happiest Place on Earth!

Theme park ticket upgrades with eligible tickets may be done in person at the Disneyland Resort main entrance ticket booths. Although new sales of Magic Key passes are not currently available, the eligibility information and principles on this Ticket Upgrades page are similar for ticket-to-ticket upgrades. One other item to note is that the new ticket must be of equal or greater value than the original ticket. You’ll pay the price difference at the ticket booth.

Be sure you are aware of the theme park reservation requirements for your new tickets as well. You will want to check on the theme park reservation availability ahead of time, as it is different for One Park Per Day Tickets versus Park Hopper Tickets. When you visit a ticket booth, you may ask whether your existing park reservations will transfer over to the new ticket.

Tony’s Tip: If you have added the Disney Genie+ service to your Park Hopper theme park tickets, you can use the service to plan out Lightning Lane reservations for both theme parks. If you know there is a popular attraction in the other park that may run out of Lightning Lane return times before you have a chance to park hop after 1:00 PM, you may tap the “Change Park” link in the Tip Board screen to scroll through attraction offerings in the other park and book return times. After you book a Genie+ Lightning Lane return time, you are eligible to book another Genie+ Lightning Lane return time as soon as you scan into the Lightning Lane entrance of that attraction or after 120 minutes have passed, whichever comes first. So you may continue to enjoy attractions in the current park, possibly including Lightning Lanes, even before hopping to the other park!

I hope you have a magical time, Meisja!
