    I need to upgrade my nephew's ticket to a 4 day ticket. How do I do that?

    Hi Marisa!

    Thanks for sending your question to the planDisney Panel! So happy to assist a fellow Floridian! You can upgrade your nephew's ticket by visiting Guest Relations or any ticket window upon arrival to the Walt Disney World Resort. Unfortunately, ticket upgrades cannot be done online or over the phone. Keep in mind that if you are looking to upgrade to a Florida Resident ticket, you will be required to present proof of Florida residency. Further, if your nephew is over 18, he will need to present his Florida ID or other valid proof of Florida Residency.  Hope this helps!
