Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for bringing another great question to planDisney. Whether you're celebrating a milestone birthday or a very merry unbirthday, there's no better place to honor the occasion than Walt Disney World Resort. Speaking of celebrations,
The Most Magical Celebration on Earth continues through March 31. The sight of Spaceship Earth in EPCOT as a
Beacon of Magic is one of my favorite sights from this 18-month celebration. Capture the moment with a shot from a
Disney PhotoPass photographer - these hardworking Cast Members have recently
gone green, which makes them easy to spot.
I understand the date of birth listed on your
My Disney Experience account profile is incorrect, Jennifer. Cast Member assistance is required to correct this information in your account. I recently had success making a similar change to my profile via the live chat on the
Walt Disney World Resort website. Cast Members are available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST. If the chat icon on the
Help Center page is grayed out, that just means all Cast Members are currently assisting other Guests. If that's the case, open an additional tab and go about other online business. Keep your sound up so you'll hear the invitation to chat when it pops up. I completed a brief online form giving the Cast Member temporary access to my account information. After that, my desired change was made faster than I could say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Thank You!!" Cast Member support is also available by calling the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ number.
Something I've enjoyed at every age is hugging Mickey Mouse. You'll find him at
Town Square Theater in Magic Kingdom Park,
Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival in EPCOT,
Red Carpet Dreams in Disney's Hollywood Studios, and
Adventurers Outpost in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. That guy gets around!
Plan magic; planDisney.
Jennifer
