I am sorry to hear that your son isn't able to go on your trip in a few days, but I'm sure the friend that is going now must be thrilled!
When looking at your tickets on
My Disney Experience, there should be a link to reassign tickets next to your son's tickets. If that link is missing, you will probably need to
call Disney and speak with a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985. Let the Cast Member know your situation and hopefully they will be able to assist you with getting that ticket reassigned to the new Guest in your party.

Toy Story Land in Disney's Hollywood Studios and eating our way around World Showcase for the
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. I already want to go back!
