Bright suns Vicki!
The holidays at
Walt Disney World are so festive! The parks are decked in zillions of twinkling lights, thousands of bright red poinsettias, and hundreds of brilliantly decorated Christmas trees. I adore the Mickey shaped wreaths that adorn the lampposts.
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is a stunning example of some of Disney's best skills- storytelling and details. On a recent trip to this land far, far away, I relaxed with a morning cup of Black Caf while watching Chewbacca work. Expect to encounter Storm Troopers, themed food, and working droids. Two of my favorite Star Wars guys in this land are Dok-Ondar himself in his
Den of Antiquities shop and DJ R-3X entertaining at
Oga's Cantina.
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is the most amazing and innovative attraction in the galaxy.
Vicki, you do not need a time slot to enter
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. You will need advance reservations to
build a lightsaber or
droid and to experience Oga's Cantina and a
theme park reservation to enter
Disney's Hollywood Studios. Stand-by lines are available for
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. If you have the ticket add-on
Disney Genie+, you may book a return time form
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run to avoid the line. The wait time for
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance can be quite long, especially during holiday weeks. You might want to consider purchasing an individual
Lightning Lane selection for this attraction.
Wishing you a wonderful visit to see Mickey!
