    Do I need tickets to attend the Royal Big Band Ball on Oct.6th ? Also is it fancy dress, do people dress up ?

    Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I can't wait for you to swing on by to the Royal Swing Big Band Ball at Disneyland Park during your vacation. On Saturday evenings you can head over to the Royal Theatre in Fantasy Faire for this unique weekly experience featuring amazing live music and dancing. This event reminds me of Disneyland's earliest days when "Date Nite at Disneyland" featured similar entertainment and dancing. It's a wonderful way to step back in time at the Happiest Place on Earth.

    I'm delighted to tell you that this exciting entertainment offering is included in your park admission and does not require an extra ticket. You will also see on the Daily Events Schedule that there are multiple performances each evening with small breaks in between. While there is no dress code for this event you may see many Guests dressing in their best to get in the mood for this fun event. I think some of the new Dress Shop collection dresses from shopDisney.com would be absolutely perfect. These showcase vintage designs with hints of Disney. I have a couple myself that I would absolutely love to wear to this event in the future.
