    I need my ticket number and only have a confirmation number

    Welcome to planDisney, Amanda! We're so excited you dropped by with your question and it's my pleasure to share some helpful advice as you plan your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort!

    Just a few more weeks until you'll be enjoying all the magic of 'The Happiest Place on Earth!' Your visit will be here before you know it! I certainly understand why you'd want to track down your ticket ID number and ensure that your theme park reservation and other trip logistics are confirmed. 

    Let's see if we can troubleshoot what might be happening with your ticket ID number. First, you should have received an email confirmation following your ticket purchase that contained your ticket details, including a link to "Access Your eTickets." Once you select this link, it will take you to a page where you can view your eTicket ID number underneath the barcode. You can either print your ticket or use this barcode to scan into the official Disneyland mobile app to securely link your digital tickets to your Disney account. You can also manually enter the ticket ID number online or in the app.

    Now, Amanda, if you happened to purchase a Vacation Package that also includes your hotel accommodations and your multi-day tickets, you may not receive your tickets until 4 days prior to your arrival. This will come electronically via a Travel ePackage, which contains your theme park tickets, your travel itinerary, and a voucher for any included Magical Extras. You'll need to log in to your Disney account and use the email confirmation number for your entire reservation to link it to your account. Then, the Travel ePackage will automatically appear in your Disney account 4 days before your visit's start date. 

    I hope I covered all the possibilities for how to locate your ticket ID number, Amanda. If you are still experiencing problems that even Fix-it Felix can't repair, I suggest that you reach out to a Cast Member in Guest Services so they can provide assistance. A call to the Tickets line will get you connected to the right folks to help you navigate any issues.
