Hello, Jeanette,
Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Guests are welcome to dine at
Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner, and I would encourage you to make
dining reservations beforehand as it is a very popular restaurant. The experience will certainly make you feel like royalty!
While it is required to have a theme park ticket to the Magic Kingdom, it is not necessary that it be for
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. However, if you happen to be dining at the restaurant on an evening of the party, you will be welcome to enjoy your meal without any rush. Then when you are finished, you will need to exit the park when it closes for guests and transitions over to the party.
Wishing you a Disney day! Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -Kara
