Welcome back to planDisney, Carol!
I see that my friend
Susan, our resident
Disney Vacation Club expert, has already provided you with the best rundown of
the cost and many benefits of DVC membership. Let’s jump right into your question so you can continue with your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning!
If you have already visited the
Disney Resorts Collection site, added in your dates and party size, and set the Resort Category filter to
Deluxe Villas but don’t see any 3-Bedrooms available, you may need to call an audible. I would consider breaking your party into two or three smaller groups to see what resorts may have Deluxe Studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom Villas available. Unfortunately, booking a combination of different room types may be your only option, but Hakuna Matata, you can always ask the Cast Members at the reception desk when you arrive to put your rooms as close to each other as possible. Of course, there are no guarantees, but in my experience, Cast Members will bend over backwards to accommodate your request. I would also suggest continuing to check the Disney Resorts Collection site regularly. People’s plans change, so you never know when a cancellation will pop up that you can pounce on like Tigger!
If you’re looking for resort recommendations,
dining suggestions, or overall Disney World planning tips,
let me know! I would love to share some of my favorite spots with you so that you can have a terrific vacation!
TTFN! Ta-ta for now!
