Hey there, hi there, Patrick! Welcome to planDisney. We appreciate you stopping by with your reservation question.
If you ever have any issues or need to speak to a Cast Member about ticketing questions, you can always connect to the Cast Members at
Ticket Services. They would be happy to help you. I did take a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar. I do see that your arrival date and following days are currently available for both Park Hopper tickets or One Park Per Day ticket options. This means you should be able to make your theme park ticket reservations. I'd be happy to walk you through the steps.
-Head to the Disneyland website and log in to your account.
-Hover over "My Disneyland" and select "Ticket and Reservation Details".
-On this page, click "Make Park Reservations".
-On the next page, select "Book Theme Park Reservation".
-This will take you to a page to select which tickets you want to make reservations for and then you will select your reservation dates and confirm.
If your tickets are expired tickets that may be why you are having issues making the reservation. Those would need to be turned into new tickets by applying the purchase price of the expired tickets and then purchasing the new tickets. This is done at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth, but if you have questions about this I would reach out to
Ticket Services.
I noticed you'll be visiting this summer, so don't forget to take some breaks from the heat. We love stopping by
Animation Academy in Disney California Adventure Park. The air conditioning is pumping and you can rest your weary feet and listen to Disney movie clips, hang out with Crush, or draw your favorite Disney character.
Patrick, I hope this information helps you out and that you are able to make your reservations easily. If you have any other planning questions, be sure to stop by and say hi again!
