Need suggestions for WDW hotel for me, my husband and 14 month old son. I'll be running the Wine & Dine and we'll probably visit 2-3 parks. Partial or full kitchen would be great. We'll be staying one week. Mid-High price range is OK.

    Hi, Michelle!

I hope you are excited about the 2014 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon. This year's race marks its 5th anniversary!

When looking for accommodations that offer a full or partial kitchen in your room, consider booking a Deluxe Villa to meet that need. Here are are a few of my favorite options.

    1. Disney's BoardWalk Villas. This elegant, waterfront resort hotel offers a timeless ambience set in the turn-of-the-century. By booking a one-bedroom option, you'll have a full kitchen with separate dining area and separate bedroom space offering a king-sized bed. There is also a studio option with a kitchenette and queen sized bed. Your little prince will love the whimsical theming of the Luna Park Pool area, complete kiddie pool and playground. Also, given your plan to visit 2-3 of the Walt Disney World® theme parks, you'll appreciate having the ability to walk to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

    2. Disney's Beach Club Villas. This charming resort offers the look and feel of New England cottages of yesteryear. Here, you will find accommodations exactly like those listed above and with the same benefit of being within proximity of walking to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

Based on your family dynamic, need for kitchen facilities, and the fact you will be participating in the Wine & Dine Half Marathon, I believe the location and amenities of a Villa located in the Epcot Resort Area is the best option for comfort and convenience. Not to mention you will be able to walk back to your resort from the Finish-Line Party.

I hope you find this information helpful, Michelle! Please do not hesitate to ask any additional questions you may have.

    Cheers!
