You can make a payment towards a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package through your
My Disney Experience account. It is important to note that payments must be made on the Walt Disney World website, and cannot be made through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Start by selecting the
My Plans option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. Locate your Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel details. Beneath your hotel confirmation should be your remaining balance and a link to
Make a Payment. Click this option to proceed with your payment in a few easy steps. You can also make a payment by phone
by speaking with a friendly Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.
Should you find that you are unable to locate the
Make a Payment option on the website, there are a few things to consider.
- If you booked your vacation package with a travel agent, you will need to make payments through them. You will not see an option for online payment on your My Disney Experience account.
- "Room-Only" bookings (hotel accommodations without tickets) are not eligible for advance payment. After paying your initial deposit, your final balance will be paid at check-in or automatically charged to your card on file when you arrive.
- If you do not see your upcoming visit on the My Plans page, you may need to link your reservation. After you have linked your stay to your account, you will be able to proceed with making a payment by using the steps above.
