Do I need to stay in a Disney resort in order to buy park tickets? We have a rental place and want to stay there.

Welcome, Richard! Thanks for bringing your great question to planDisney! I always enjoy helping a fellow resident of Pennsylvania with their Disney vacation planning!

The Walt Disney World Resort welcomes Guests to the four Disney Parks regardless of whether they are staying at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection or at another location off of Disney property. You can absolutely purchase park tickets for the time period of your rental!

Richard, you can conveniently purchase your park tickets using the Walt Disney World Resort website! After you purchase your tickets, be sure to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations for the parks you wish to visit during your vacation! I recommend you make your park reservations as soon as possible after you purchase your tickets.

I love visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in the summertime! After the winter we've had in Pennsylvania, the Florida sun will be a welcome change! Have a magical vacation!
