It sounds like you may be referring to the Seas Aqua Tour at Epcot. This is where guests can use a snorkel system to swim with all type of marine life, including, yes, the sharks :-). The aquarium you're getting in is the same one guests see when doing the Seas with Nemo and Friends attraction. This is a separate cost, isn't part of Epcot general admission, and can be purchased after purchasing general admission tickets. For more details on the Seas Aqua Tour, click here.
