Hi, do I need to spend one base ticket for getting in Downtown Disney to watch La Nouba ? I boughted already the tickets for the show but I don't know if I will have to buy the hopper option if I want to go to Animal Kingdom before, for instance. Tha

Hello Edgardo, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Downtown Disney (soon to be Disney Springs) is a great place for food, fun and family entertainment like La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil. And I have great news for you, Edgardo. There's no admission charge for Downtown Disney, so it's also a wonderful free activity that lots of families choose to spend time exploring when they're not in one of the Theme Parks. Since you already have your tickets for La Nouba, feel free to wander around Downtown Disney at your leisure before showtime.

While you won't need a Park Hopper ticket option if you want to visit a Theme Park before heading to Downtown Disney, just note that you can't take Disney transportation directly there. You'll need to go to a resort hotel first, then transfer. Using your example, from Disney's Animal Kingdom Park you can take a bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and just hop on another bus to Downtown Disney. Of course, if you'll have a car during your visit, you can drive straight to Downtown Disney and park there.

I hope this helps you plan your adventure to see the high-flying fun of La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil, Edgardo. Please stop by again if you have any more questions. We love to help!

    Have a magical day,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
