    Do I need to do something special reservations for a magical gathering of 11?

    Hi Carol
    A Grand Gathering is SO special!  I am excited for you just thinking about it!

    The place to start is with a 'Grand Gathering' travel planner.  Give them a call at 407-WDW-PLAN - they are amazing cast members who will walk you through the entire process of booking your vacation.  When you call them, be prepared with the following information:
    - total number of people (adults and children) in the party
    - all names, full addresses (including zip codes) for all adults
    - the names and ages of all children
    - an email address for each family
    - how many rooms will be needed, and the resort you want to stay at
    - it is recommended you also tell them the ticket and dining options you want

    You will be given a Grand Gathering number.  With this number, the resort and dining reservations for all those attending will be linked.  It also allows the individual families in your party to call and make their own payments.
