    Do you need someone 21 years old to be with you in order to get a room at the Disney resort hotels or just 18 years of age?

    Hello Cailyn! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. 

    When booking a Walt Disney World Resort hotel room, Guests need to be at least 18 years of age. Additionally, the booking Guest will need a valid credit card to put on hold for the reservation. It's very easy to book a room either online or over the phone.  Be sure to check out the Special Offers, Deals and Discounts page of the Walt Disney World website before booking anything. You might be able to find a great vacation package that works out perfectly for your dates. If you are looking for Walt Disney World Resort suggestions, I have favorites in all of the price categories. In the value category I enjoy Disney's Pop Century Resort. The rooms have recently been refurbished, the pool area is large and the Everything POP Shopping and Dining area serves up delicious food. In the moderate category my go-to pick is Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. In fact, this is the resort that I frequent the most. The overall theming is amazing. It's like being on another vacation while you are on vacation. There's lush landscape, sandy beaches and calypso music playing in the background. What more can you ask for? For a deluxe resort I enjoy Disney's Beach Club Resort so much. The pool area is fantastic and I enjoy dining at Cape May Cafe for breakfast and dinner. Its location is within walking distance to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot which makes it a perfect spot to stay while on vacation.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
