Do we need to show proof of vaccine? Also does a 6 year old need testing to enter park?

Hi Lianne, and welcome to planDisney!

Your visit to the Disneyland Resort is coming up in just TWO days! I know you are getting so, so excited - and I bet your six-year-old is over the moon about a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth. I hope you have the very best time together this week!

The State of California strongly recommends that all Guests be fully vaccinated or receive a negative COVID-19 test before entering the Disneyland Resort. While being vaccinated and/or tested is strongly encouraged, it is not required at this time, and you will not be asked to show proof (although that is subject to change). It's important to read the Returning to a Land of Magic webpage before your visit and ensure that you can agree to the terms in the Health Acknowledgment. At this time, face coverings are required indoors for all Guests 2 and older at Disneyland Resort.

Thank you for stopping by with this question, Lianne. You and your Mouseketeer are going to have such a great time together. If you're planning a visit to Downtown Disney District, check out Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit, which is a fun seasonal scavenger hunt with a pup-tastic prize. Enjoy all the Halloween Time fun around Disneyland Resort, and please come back and see us here at planDisney if you have any more questions.

    Wishing you much magic,
    Robyn
