Hello, Do we need to show proof of negative Covid 19 test to entering Disneyland California park?

Hi there, Irina! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!

And a big thanks for sending me this question directly. I am honored and delighted to help you out on your vacation planning adventure today!

Irina, though the State of California and the Disneyland Resort strongly recommend that Guests are fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test before entering the theme parks, you will not be required to show proof of either during your visit. Face coverings are also optional during your stay, but I'd recommend bringing one along, as it is always better to be prepared. The Disneyland Resort does follow the guidelines set forth by health officials, so these policies are subject to change at any time.

Since you happen to be visiting in late August, I did want to make one itinerary suggestion! A Nighttime Spectacular is like a rite of passage at the Disneyland Resort. A staple, a classic, an icon. And currently, two shows are coming to the end of their limited run. Disneyland Forever Fireworks and Main Street Electrical Parade will no longer dazzle Guests with their magnificent evening presence once September hits the calendar, so if you can see them during your stay, I'd highly recommend it! Either show will take your breath away and bring smiles to Guests of all ages in your travel party! I hope you enjoy!

    Have a magical day,

    Ashley
