Hi there, Rossana!
Thanks so much for stopping by
planDisney and asking us a
Disneyland Resort question. I’m thrilled to hear that you’ll be visiting the Happiest Place on Earth this summer, and you’ve come to the right place to get all the answers to your vacation planning questions!
Now that theme park entry is no longer limited to just California residents, Guests of the resort generally don’t need to show photo identification at the park entrance turnstiles proving their in-state residency. To enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, each Guest age 3 and older must have a valid
theme park ticket and a
theme park reservation for the same day. I do still recommend that you bring along a form of identification, however. You may need it for boarding an airplane, checking into a resort hotel, ordering alcoholic beverages, making merchandise purchases, and more.
I hope this information helps, Rossana, and that your visit to the resort is a dream come true! Please send us more questions as your trip draws near.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
