Hannah, I'm happy to share that at most
Disney Resort hotels, the Front Desk or Concierge Cast Members can
ship pre-packed, pre-labeled packages. Additionally, select hotels offer
Business Centers with more extensive options for Guests during their stay. Since the information online doesn't specifically mention overnight services, I reached out to a Cast Member who shared that Disney Resort hotels that offer shipping should be able to accommodate overnight and expedited requests. She also provided a reminder that the Front Desk, Concierge Desk, and onsite convention Business Centers do not provide packing materials, dry ice, or standard shipping accounts to purchase postage directly. If you'd like more details about services available at your specific resort hotel, a Cast Member may be able to provide additional assistance via the
online chat or by
calling the Non-Reservation Support phone number.
planDisney Pro Tip - Did you know each of the four theme parks offers a
Baby Care Center? Over the years, I've found these to be so valuable when traveling with (and even without) my little ones. Inside each, you'll find spaces to nurse and/or pump, feed, and change diapers. They also have a selection of baby items for sale in case you need to purchase any essentials in the park.
