    I will need to send a package home via ups. Do I need to prepay for the package and arrange for a pickup? I am staying at Pop Century Resort. Thanks

    Welcome the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your awesome question about Walt Disney World Resort’s Mail Services.

    You can ship pre-packed, pre-labeled packages at the Front Desk or Concierge desk of Disney’s Pop Century Resort. The Front Desk/Concierge will then deliver your package to one of the Business Centers for shipping.

    If you need packing materials (boxes, labels, etc.), you can pick these up at any of the Resort hotels that include an onsite Business Center. Please visit the ‘Ricoh Business Centers’ page to see a list of Walt Disney World Resort hotels that have onsite Business Centers. You can also ship your package directly from one of the Business Centers.
