Hi Jenny! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! Your inclusive and magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort is only a few days away. If you have not pre-registered for the
Disability Access Service (DAS) program, you can still do so up until two days before your arrival via
video chat. If you miss that chance, stop by
Guest Relations once you are inside of the theme parks for a quick interview to qualify. Make sure your entire travel party is linked in your "Family & Friends List" under "My Profile" in the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
During your video chat, a Cast Member can assist you in pre-selecting two return times per day for the DAS guest and up to five other members of your travel party to experience
select attractions together. If you happen to already be approved for DAS, I just recently learned from a Cast Member and DAS user, that you can utilize the chat feature in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to pre-select your two attractions per day.
On the day of your visit, log into the mobile app to use the self-selection "Disability Access Service (DAS)" tile to make attraction return times. Once you claim your selection, you can make another reservation, and so forth. If you need further help in the parks, stop by any
Guest Experience Team Blue Tent for assistance.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
