Hi, there!
Ellen, I'm so excited to hear you're planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort. You're sure to have a magical stay!
Staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel is certainly the best way to make the most of your Disney vacation. With unique theming and close proximity to the theme parks, you'll stay IN the magic, and what could be better than that?
You ask excellent questions. While I haven't personally stayed at
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, I can tell you that room sizes range between 364-415 square feet and feature either a king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds. I think where you'll see the biggest difference between a Standard Room and a Standard Accessible Room is in the bathroom. The Standard Accessible Room bathrooms are very spacious and equipped with grab rails, lowered amenities, an accessible sink, and a large shower seat in the step-free shower.
To better help you decide between a Standard Room and a Standard Accessible Room, I recommend calling
Disability Services at (407) 560-2547. This friendly team can also be reached by email at disability.services@disneyparks.com. A Cast Member will be happy to chat with you about the
accessibility features and services available to Guests with disabilities who are staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel.
I hope this was helpful, Ellen. I'm wishing you a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
Ashley
