Hey howdy hey, Christina! You’ve got a friend in me at
planDisney, so let’s get started!
Your visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth will be here before you know it, and I couldn’t be more excited for you! I’m happy to report that you’re now able to pre-register for
Disability Access Service (DAS) ahead of your visit with
DAS Advance. This is the perfect time, since you’re able to
schedule your live video chat as early as 30 days before your visit, and no less than two days before. Currently, this option is available between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time. You’ll want to make sure that the Guest applying for DAS is available during your live video chat as well. During the chat, you’ll also have the chance to book up to 2 one-hour return windows
for select experiences, subject to availability. This is in addition to the regular DAS benefit of making return-time selections throughout your Disney day.
If you aren’t able to register for DAS before your visit, you can still register at the Disneyland Resort upon arrival at City Hall in Disneyland Park, Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park, or any Guest Information location.
Once approved for DAS, you’ll be able to use the
Disneyland app to schedule your return times upon arrival inside the theme parks. The app is truly my favorite handy helper, especially when using it with DAS! I can’t wait to use it
to mobile order my favorite
seasonal treats during my next visit to the parks.
If you have any additional questions, please stop back, Christina... we’re all EARs!
See ya’ real soon,
Kristin
