Hey there, hi there Sue!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. It sounds like you'll be strolling down Main Street U.S.A. sometime in the near future.
Classic attractions like
Jungle Cruise and
Pirates of the Caribbean are just as popular as ever. While the lines can get long, you don't need to make reservations or schedule times to ride. Guests can always wait in the standby line for every attraction. (The one exception to this is
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT.)
Having said that. If you decide to purchase Genie+ on the day that you visit
Magic Kingdom, you will be able to use it to gain
Lightning Lane access for one or, most likely, both of these attractions. (Lightning Lanes are just lines with a shorter wait time.) In my experience Jungle Cruise tends to be the more crowded of the two, so if you do purchase Genie+ I would book a Lightning Lane for this attraction first. You can make your first Lightning Lane selection at 7:00 AM, before you even enter the park for the day.
You will need to have a valid theme
park admission and make a reservation for the day you will be visiting Magic Kingdom.
Hope this helps. Mickey can't wait to see ya real soon!
