Welcome to planDisney Pricilla!
Thank you for reaching out to us here. I feel honored to answer your question about how to make sure your little one is able to enjoy all that
the Disneyland Resort has to offer. I want you to know that, at The Happiest Place On Earth,
everyone is welcome.
The Disability Access Service (DAS) is intended for people who have difficulty waiting in a regular queue. This free service is so helpful, especially for our younglings, because it allows guests to schedule return times for attractions instead of waiting in line.
I see that you are planning your visit for next week, Pricilla. Since the Disability Access Service DAS can be pre-registered 2 to 30 days before your trip, now is the perfect time to
request a live video chat with a Cast Member to begin the process. It is important to make sure your little Mouseketeer is present and that your device has a working camera and microphone, since a photo will be taken during that live chat, which should only last about 10 minutes. The Cast Member will also ask you a few questions and sprinkle any further pixie dust on any assistance that your family may need for your magical adventure.
If it is better for you to call Disability Services at (407) 560-2547, or send an email to
disability.services@disneyland.com , those options are also available.
Pricilla, have you downloaded the Disneyland Mobile App yet? You’ll need it to scan your
tickets upon entry, but more importantly, your DAS Advance will be linked to your account. Since this is where you will be selecting return times throughout your day in the parks, you and your royal guest will have a blast getting familiar with this app before your visit. My favorite part about this app is that I can place
mobile orders for meals, snacks, and beverages that I can pick up after I’m enjoying attractions all over the parks!
I hope this information was helpful and that you and your younglings have an enchanting visit filled with everlasting memories. If you think of any follow-up questions,
I’d love to help you again, now that you’ve got a friend in me!
Wishing you a magical new year!
Danielle
