Hello, Veronica,
I’m sorry to hear you won’t be able to make it to the Disneyland Resort this time around. I hope that you get another opportunity to go soon.
Although Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are
non-refundable, standard theme park admission tickets (i.e. non-
special events) do retain their value when wholly unused. So even if you need to cancel the
theme park reservation linked to your ticket, the ticket itself can still be used when
booking a new park reservation for another
available date. Even if the ticket should expire before you get a chance to use it, you can upgrade it to a new ticket of equal or greater value. You may find ticket expiration information in your ticket purchase confirmation email. You may book a new park reservation up to 180 days in advance, subject to
availability.
If you have booked a park reservation for a date this October, there are still reservations remaining to enjoy
Halloween time at the Disneyland Resort. Or you could look into booking a reservation during my family’s favorite season:
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort.
Just around the river bend, more magic awaits. The
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will return in 2024. And my family always looks forward to the flavors and cultural celebrations that take place during the
Lunar New Year celebration.
Whenever you get a chance to visit, I’m sure you will find many opportunities for making magical memories at The Happiest Place on Earth! If you have any more questions as you prepare, I hope you’ll visit us here at planDisney.
T-T-F-N! Ta ta, for now!
