Do I need to make reservations for 6 if 2 of them are under 3 yrs. of age for dining?

    Hi Terry!

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm happy to help with your question.

I understand your hesitation in making a reservation for 6 when you have two little ones under the age of three in your dining party. A lot of children that age simply share food from an adult plate and don't order off the menu. That being said, when making Walt Disney World Resort dining reservations, it's important to include ALL guests in your dining party, regardless of their age.

The main reason for this is to make sure that guests are given a table large enough to accommodate everyone in their dining party, including little ones in high chairs. Walt Disney World also has to comply with fire safety code requirements regarding guest capacity in the restaurants.

I'm happy to hear you're working on your Advance Dining Reservations - may the force be with you in getting every reservation you're hoping for!

    Have a magical day - Diane W.
