Do we need to make reservations for tickets to go to Disneyland in November? We already have a hotel.

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Lane! You’re as welcome as can be to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I’m so excited for your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth… you’re going to make so many special memories! It looks like your planning is off to a great start, with your hotel already booked. I checked with a Cast Member, and was told that so far, we still don’t have any information on opening park procedures. So, your best bet is to keep checking the Disneyland Resort website on the “Update on Disneyland Resort Operations” page. Any updated information will be posted there, and on the Disney Parks Blog. You can, however, still go ahead and purchase multi-day theme-park tickets now. Just keep in mind that they must be used within 13 days of first use, or by January 12, 2022 (whichever occurs first).

You can also start making dining reservations up to 60 days before your Disneyland Resort vacation. I usually set a reminder in my calendar so I don’t forget this important date! Some of my family’s favorite dining spots include Lamplight Lounge and Wine Country Trattoria in Disney California Adventure Park, and Blue Bayou Restaurant and Carnation Cafe in Disneyland Park. One of my favorite locations for Character Dining is actually within Disneyland Park, at Plaza Inn. Be sure to check out Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park for a delicious breakfast buffet filled with hearty breakfast options and classic Disney Characters!

Last, but certainly not least, to help your family prepare for this magical adventure, I recommend checking out the fun activities and entertainment offered on the Disney Parks Blog featuring #DisneyMagicMoments. From trying out Disney recipes to virtual shows, parades, and attractions, there’s a little something for everyone!

Please stop by with any additional planning questions, Lane… I’m all EARs!
