Do you need to have reservations for all of your table service meals? How easy is it to get a table at the restaurants without reservations? I really don't want to be tied to a strict schedule. We will be there Oct. 19-26.

Hi Cathy!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

It is possible to walk up to some of the restaurants, especially the restaurants in the resort hotels except for the most popular restaurants. However, it will be hard to impossible to walk up to a Disney Character Dining Experience and it will be hard to walk up to the most popular restaurants.

If you are flexible in terms of where you want to eat and are willing to dine at off times, then you could go without too many Table Service reservations. However, I really suggest making reservations. It is better to have reservations that you cancel in my opinion than to have none at all.
